- Citizen Identity Card: 2 copies, original or notarized
- Household Registration Book: 2 copies, original or notarized
- Photos: 2 photos, white background (4x6 cm)
- Marriage Certificate: 1 legalized copy (Vietnam) + original copy
- Valid Visa, Recent Entry Stamp: Photocopy on A4 size paper
- Visa Application Form: signed by the applicant
- Invitation Letter: signed by the spouse (template available). If the spouse is in Vietnam, Spouse's handwritten commitment letter, signed (template available).
